Award winning cartoonist Chudomir Tsankov (aka Chud) is a professional cartoonist, a humorous illustrator, a designer, a publisher and a producer.
Born in the Town of Pleven, Bulgaria, in the 90s he drew comics strip and gag cartoons for a number of the most prestigious Bulgarian newspapers and magazines, such as Standard, Continent, Super Market magazine, etc. He created a short cartoon movie for which he won a number of first-awards. He established his own advertising agency and worked in the advertising industry for 15 years. In 2000 he founded a publishing house in Bulgaria, which became the first to publish translated and adapted American comic books.
In 2005 he moved to Chicago, USA, where he established his own studio for cartoons, comic books, illustrations, etc. |
